Automorphism groups and isometries for cyclic orbit codes

چکیده
We study orbit codes in the field extension $ \mathbb{F}_{q^n} $. First we show that automorphism group of a cyclic code is contained normalizer Singer subgroup if generated by subspace not proper subfield then generalize to orbits under subgroup. In situation some exceptional cases arise and open remain. Finally characterize linear isometries between such codes.

Cyclic Orbit Codes with the Normalizer of a Singer Subgroup
An algebraic construction for constant dimension subspace codes is called orbit code. It arises as the orbits under the action of a subgroup of the general linear group on subspaces in an ambient space. In particular orbit codes of a Singer subgroup of the general linear group has investigated recently. In this paper, we consider the normalizer of a Singer subgroup of the general linear group a...
متن کاملAutomorphism groups of GRS codes
We look at AG codes associated to P1, re-examining the problem of determining their automorphism groups (originally investigated by Dür in 1987 using combinatorial techniques) using recent methods from algebraic geometry. We classify those finite groups that can arise as the automorphism group of an AG code and give an explicit description of how these groups appear. We give examples of general...

متن کاملAutomorphism Groups for Semidirect Products of Cyclic Groups
Every semidirect product of groups K oH has size |K| · |H|, yet the size of such a group’s automorphism group varies with the chosen action of H on K. This paper will explore groups of the form Aut(K oH), considering especially the case where H and K are cyclic. Only finite groups will be considered.
متن کاملCyclic orbit codes and stabilizer subfields
Cyclic orbit codes are constant dimension subspace codes that arise as the orbit of a cyclic subgroup of the general linear group acting on subspaces in the given ambient space. With the aid of the largest subfield over which the given subspace is a vector space, the cardinality of the orbit code can be determined, and estimates for its distance can be found. This subfield is closely related to...
